Anyone use a 3rd party defragger?
I was looking for a good defragging program and was wondering if and what people here are using, TY

Most often I use the stock Windows defrag. I have used the defrag in Norton System Works which seems to da a great job too.

I use Diskeeper which is great, set the "set it and forget it" feature and let it do the work.

I use O&O Defrag Pro. Does a thorough job.

Captn--- I've been using VoptXP since January. Love it. It's very fast, defrags 100%, keeps your pagefile up front where it can be accessed faster. I just like it better than anything else I've tried. I run it weekly.

For win98 I use the WINME version of defrage.exe, but for 2k or XP I have been using Nortons speed disk without any problems.

Diskkeeper Lite. Free. A bit of nagging. But works quite well.

I use diskeeper and sometimes Norton both get the job done.
