big problem

for some reason, I can't save anything from the internet. everytime i try to, it says the source file cannot be read. i have no idea what happened...my computer crashed a couple of times before while kazaa-lite was running, but i ran a scan disk and everything showed up fine...whats wrong here?

If you are trying to view the page source code, you might not be allowed to do it. Some sites won't allow their page source codes to be viewed. There are a few ways on going around it but it's borderline hacking.

any type of file, like zip files off fileplanet. Whether or not i right click and select 'save target as' or do it through the provided link, the same error message occurs.
