what program to use?

i have been trying to edit a "CFG" file, i have tried opening it in all of the programs in my computer but none of them will display it prpperly. does anyone know of a program i could use to open the cfd file and where i could get it?

Usually a cfg file is in text (open in notepad), but it really depends on the software that created the file. You could of course use any of these http://shell.windows.com/fileassoc/0...ir.asp?Ext=cfg
