Outlook Express Problem

Hi

I have a client that is running Windows XP home, Internet Explorer 6.1 and he is having a problem.

When he opens outlook express, his dialup connection gets droped. When he sends mail, it gets drop, when he quits, it gets droped.

There is no auto disconnection disconnecting the internet connection (haha).

There were a ton of porn dialers on his system and virri. They have all been removed, but this problem still persists.

Does anyone know why this is happening?

Hi there ,
Open IE - TOOLS - INTERNET OPTIONS - there select connections and set it to never dial a connection and or Only dial if not already online.. this will take care of it..
