Uninsall software ????
Hello
I have win2000 pro. I want to uninstall a HP printer & do a fresh install because of some bad drivers. When I go to add & remove programs & do a unstall it does not remove all. It leave a huge file in Program files. Do I dare delete the files ? P S The HP program does not have a uninstall. Thanks for any help !!!! |

Go to the link below and download the free trial of ADD/Remove Plus. If anything is still listed for the printer in it, this program will get rid of all the entries.
By the way, if all you had was bad drivers you can reinstall them from the device manager without all the uninstall problems. http://www.aurelitec.com/software/arplus/ |

Thanks !! I have it fixed now. I think it was more than a driver problem. Program glitch ??. I just reinstald over the old & it fixed it
