Accounting software help

I have a client that wants an accounting software package that can keep track of inventory, do receipts, keep track of tax and also keep individual information for each customer's account. Any suggestions?

Try at www.findaccountingsoftware.com. They have a comprehensive software directory that will let you narrow down your choices by the type of end application envisioned.

I recommend Quickbooks Pro. Quickbooks Basic will also accomplish those said tasks. However, the Pro version has more useful options. Most widely used Accounting software.

Another software is Peachtree. Both of them are equally good. It all comes down to personal preference.

I know them both pretty well. I use Quickbooks on a daily basis since I work as a bookkeeper. I'd say bottomline, go with QB.
