So I entered page number and then number of pages in the footer of a word document. On print preview they look like 1 of 4, 2 of 4, 3 of 4 and so on. When they actually print they come out as 1 of 1, 2 fo 2, 3 of ,3 and so one. Does anyone know why.

Are you sure you aren't mistakenly putting in the page number code instead of the number of pages code?
