File Retrieval

I am trying to get some files of a PC thats gone belly up! Its a Win ME PC that wont start and wont let me fix or reinstall the software over the top. I can still get into the files through DOS, but there are alot of files to copy over.

Is there any good software I can use that I can run on my Win XP PC that will let me connect into the other PC to get my files off it?

Thanks

Install the hard drive in your Win XP machine and copy the files over in Windows.

You can get an adapter for the laptop drive to connect it to a standard IDE cable. I think it was $10-$15 off of newegg.com
