Good capturing software???
Im looking for software that will allow me to capture video from a webcam. I want the software to haev good image quality. I know that most of the quality is based on the webcam but when I talk to my friends on msn messenger it looks clear, while on Video Impression the quality is very bad. I have also tried Adobe Premiere but it lags a lot and the quality isnt great. I have changed the settings to the fullest but if anyone knows any good, preferably free, software please tell me. TYIA

Web cams are like digital still cameras. What you see on a digital still camera's 20 second clip is basicaly as good as it gets.

I would like to say that some cameras come with software bundled with it and it wll let you mak eyour own videos. I use Largan brand camera and its like one of those all in one kind of things. It was rather expensive but you can use it conference and other things. I havent used the video software part but I do know that web cam works rather well
Word of the wise if you just want to captur like one still just use the print screen and paste the image in paintshop and send it out. Err save it.
