Creating an install CD?

I'd like to create a CD which auto loads (on insertion) and installs all the software I usually install after installing WindowsXP.

I'd like to do this to save me wading through disc after disc installing software manually.

How is it done and does can anyone point in the direction of any tutorials on the subject.

Thanks.

I've used a program called "automenu". You should be able to get it off of the zdnet.com downloads.
