OE Identity passwords
A friend of mine's wife uses outlook express she setup a identity under her name and so when you launch OE it lists main identity and the one under her name, she was using hotmail for a while and then went back to OE to use address provided by the ISP but she now doesnt remember the password for either identity, and basically cant get into OE. Is there any way to delete the identity she made ( cause it cant be deleted through manage identities ) and reset the password on the original main identity, basically start over from scratch without formatting, cause other then that i just got the system working right for them.

This is a pretty sensitive issue on open to the public message boards.
Would hate to have the info get into the wrong hands… |
