Graphics

Hello I am running win98se , radeon 7000 graphics card , 512 ddr , 40 gig hd. ,A7V8X-X mobo
I downloaded 27 pictures from my digital camara and when I went to view them I could only look at about half of them . When I tried to open any more I would get a blank page . I looked at them one at a time closing one before opening the next. Any solutions ? Thanks

What program are you using to view them, and what format are they - jpg?

Try using an image viewer - Irfanview is an excellent free viewer.

just a bit of advice...
when downloading pictures from your camera to your hdd, always "copy" the pictures first. this leaves them on the camera until you are sure you have all the shots you took. then you can go back and delete them from the camera.
next, never take the maximum amount of pictures that the memory of your camera can hold. pushing the parameters can sometimes corrupt data.
glc has a good point, try another viewer...Irfanview is a great free program.
you could try right clicking on the pictures that don't form and use the "opens with" command to view them in mspaint...
if you don't have this option in your right click menu, try right click with the shift key held down (release the key when you let off the right click button). or you could just open mspaint and try to open them with from the file>open menu....

Thanks for the advice . I have gotten a viewer that will let my view them as a slide show also. Everything cool. Thanks
