Anyone know what system requirements will be for windows longhorn?

well... pretty much everything is 1024x768 these days... guess 64mb card would help :S donno kinda weird

Longhorn will use an active open-gl user interface, much like OS X. It requires a good videocard to be able to handle all of the animations. I wouldn't worry though, longhorn isn't due till 2006, so theres plenty of time for a video card.

I just read in the paper that MS has started releasing (or soon will release) betas to partners, but the final product isn't due out till 2006...

You guys really want to beta test a M$ product?. The security vunerabilities that are guaranteed to be in there would make me shy away to begin with, not to mention the threat to your network and address book contacts. I'll wait till Longhorn SP1 I think.
