Photoshop Batch Rename Error

I have been trying to use Photoshop 7 to try and do a batch rename of my jpeg files. I keep getting an error that reads as follows. "Error: The command "Feather" is not currently available. (-25920)"

I am not sure what this command is or what it appears in the error log. Any clue?

Also, is there an alternate software package that could do a batch rename? Maybe one that does not have to open all the jpegs at once and then close them? I am trying to rename about 5,000 jpegs.

Thanks.

It seems to look like you have the set at default actions and the action set to vignette(1) so when you go to do the batch it plays the vignette action (where the red arrow is pointing) and stalls out there and gives you the error message (2).
