CMD32.exe

Whenever i turn my computer on, after the welcome screen, I get an alert message saying
"Cannont find C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd32.exe"

Why does this happen, and how can I sort it out? It make turning my computer on take ages.

Here is a picture of the message:

Cmd32.exe is associated with the kwbot worm. In other words, your machine is either infected or has been infected. If the latter, remnants are still hanging around.

The worm's payload is it allows a hacker to gain control of the computer

There is more information here.

excellent, thank you very much.

I knew it was something to do with a virus as it only happened after I used a programme designed to delete adware and viruses.
