Outlook Contacts Copy

A client of mine has a laptop. He is out and about with his laptop all the time and when he is in the office he does not connect into a network.

He wants to be able to share his Outlook contacts with his PA, so that when one of them updates their contacts in Outlook the other person gets the update. Sometimes the amount of contacts that can change is very high and the laptop only has a modem connection so they dont wana do it though email.

Currently the guy who is out the office has a REX Pro 5, that he uses to update his own contacts, I could use that to update them both but I was wondering if anyone has a better way of doing this?
