Question need os for old network server

hi all

i purchased a IBM PC 330 network server and it does not have an os on it

originally designed for O/S 2 Warp

what i want to know is if anyone can recommend one of the free os` out there that would work on it

just a hobby to keep me busy

i've heard good things about debian when it comes to setting up a server, it all depends on what you want to do with it.
