PC Appointment planner

At work, they want an appointment book or planner to schedule clients that can go on a PC then share it through the network. Right now the book is at the reception desk but she runs a lot of errands so she is away from her desk. So sometime other people have to schedule appointments. The office wants to be able to sit at their desk make appointment, or view next appointments.

I have looked around and I find alot of planner that shows one day. Or click calendar and it show the month calendar but not detailed. Problem is that we have 3 people seeing clients that work different schedule. Sometimes we are book 2 week so a person has to go flip a few weeks to find available time (in current paper planner). I would like so find something close to paper planner as possible.

I called a local shop here in town and he told me I could do in window, but the sound of his voice told me he didn’t know how to do it. We all have Window 2000 and Office 97 if that helps. Thanks.

I think you may be able to do it in Outlook (not Outlook Express). I'm not 100% sure if it came with Office or not.

Outlook is a part of Office 97 and does have the ability to share calendars.

Information on how to do that is here.
