How to get the most out of Folding@Home

I found this article on how to get the most out of your processors to turn out more WU's for Folding@Home.

Good article. It was actually posted in the F@H thread, but it's buried somewhere within the twenty-something pages there. This article gives flags to help optimize, as well as tells you how to get two folds going at once if you have a P4 Hyperthreading processor.

Yeah at least now this might add some people to the F@H PC Mech Team cough (Team #13761) cough. They will more likely see this thread that the one at the top.

It's great having my cpu run at full load for 24/7 with 2 instances of F@H. It's getting really cold here in NJ and my room is about 2 degrees warmer than the rest of the house
