whats the file extension for dos?
like i make a program in wordpad and save it was program.___ |

I'm not exactly sure what U are actually trying to ask, but I know in wordpad you can save as .txt or .rtf and, I'm not sure if .doc will work in wordpad but Microsoft Word documents save as .doc
If this is not what U are actually trying to ask please post back with a little more clarity of exactly what you are trying to find out about....

ok ill explain it like this
:top ping 65.19.134.202 goto top thats what you put into the word pad and save it as a dos file and it will ping that ip. but i dont know the file extension |

What you are writing is a batch file, not a program.... so what you want is program.bat
