In out look express I'm getting this message MSIMN Kernel 32.dll at 0167 bff 7b992 then when I close the box it shut out look down. I need help!

I would suspect probably a conflict between your anti-virus or firewall and OE. What version of OE and what OS?
Here is a MS Knowledge Base Article that may help solve your problem also. |

I personally would remove IE/OE6 and go back to 5.x if you are running Win98. Control panel, add/remove programs, Microsoft Internet Explorer, remove, restore previous version.
