annoying start menu feature

I recently completed a new build with win2k installed on it. The problem is that whenever I click on Start->Programs, Windows hides all the programs I don't use very frequently. How do I stop Windows from hiding the programs?

Thanks in Advance

I do not believe you can turn this off. I have never found a solution to that problem with XP. I just always have to press the down button to show all programs once I am looking for something in the Start Menu. Just have gotten use to it is all...

Dunno if its the same in 2K, but in XP, right click the start menu > properties > Start Menu > Customize > Uncheck Use Personalized Menus

In WinXP (and possibly Win2000): Right click on the the Task Bar. Select Properties. In XP, select the Start menu tab and click the Customize button. Under Advanced Start Menu Options, click OFF Use Personalized Menus.
