COnverting Real Player files

I downloaded a free song that I was able to play on Real One (Basic). How do I burn this into a regular CD that a regular CD player will play. Sorry I'm new into music conversion.

Thanks for the link. Is MPEG the format of a regular audio CD that coould be played by any CD player (eg. car CD player)? That's is what I want to convert the Real Player file into. Is MP3 the same thiing. Please excuse my ignorance. As I said, I dont know anything about music and or music conversion.

MPEG is for Video. What you need to do is convert it to wave or mp3. Then burn it with your favorite burning software.
