Ad-Aware Items To Quarantine

I am using Ad-Aware 6 to scan my computer. How do I know which files to quarantine? I have found UCMore, Xupiter, NCase, Download Plus, Aleka, Wurld Media, and EZULA. Any suggestions on which items to keep and which to quarantine. I feel that some of these items are of value. Thanks in advance!! WolfpackRon.

That's up to you, what out of those do you like using?

I would do all of them myself and go to add/remove programs and uninstall the ones with the option to do so.

I'd get rid of them all. If you find that something you do use will no longer work, AdAware makes a backup so you can just open AdAware and restore that backup.

Generally, if it's spyware it will have no problem getting back onto your machine when you try to access the programs and games that put it there in the first place.
