Outlook help

Hey All!
I have a simple (I hope) question:
I'm getting ready to dump my machine and my biggest hurdle is how to save all my Outlook items. What I need to know is, how can I move my saved emails and contacts to a folder on one of my network drives or another machine on my network?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. TIA

Should be able to export everything. Just go to File...Export.

Thanks, Gonzo. Before I read your advice, I tried just simply dragging & dropping the files. Looks like it worked. Thanks for your help.
