spyware blaster wont install
does anybody know of an alternative to spywareblaster , i`ve installed it twice and ir will not run , says a file is missing .

I tried Spyware blaster myself. I got it to install alright, but I had other problems with it. Get Spybot S&D and use it regularly.

Spybot and AdAware... I run both... I find that one catches what the other misses.

i wanted spyware blaster as a starting wall for spyware , but do run adaware and spybot , i don`t know why the error but thanks .......

I have spyware blaster and it installs fine. What version did you download?

Spyware blaster installed for me but it caused some other conflicts. I had to uninstall it.

Try searching for the file MSCONMCTL.OCX (THE FILE THAT WAS NOT REGISTERED).
get the exact location and go to START, EXECUTE, and type regsvr32.exe location_of file to register the dll. I have been using it fine for about 6 months and unlike not important I have not had any problems. I have version 2.6.1. Try installing it as administrador if your on windows XP or 2k. |

nroc , went to the page and downloaded the file after installation of spyware blaster , and it worked as you said it would , thanks to all for the help .
