Howdy folks,
This is an email I received from a client of mine... "When I receive e-mails a lot of them have web addresses...When I print the e-mail out the e-mail address never prints...How can I change that?" Can I get a little help? Thanks |

What program does he use to check his email? How is he currently printing his email?

Also make sure s/he's not out of color ink...

I didn't ask what she's using for her email but I just sent her the question. Also about making sure she has ink in her printer. Thanks |

Sounds like the printer is out of blue ink. Try setting it to print grayscale to check that theory.
