Make desktop text background transparent?
Does anyone know where I can find freeware\shareware
to remove the colored text background on desktop icons. ie. all you see is the text on top of the wallpaper. You don't need anything to do that with XP. Thanks |

I think if you play around with the wallpaper and the pattern options you can do it - might need to enable the active desktop and set the pattern to "none" or something like that.
