Came installed on my wife's eMachine. I looked it over and deleted it from the system. Seemed redundant to XP native tools and I didn't like the reporting/update featres. Don't like auto reporting to anyone.

I have it, but do not let it run in the background. I run it manually every now and then to see what it comes up with. Seems to be pretty above board.

My sisters emachine has it too. I have read about the redundancy on other places as well. Thanks.
