MSCVT.exe??? what is it?

This thing is causing 100% useage of CPU. What is it? What can I do to end it for good?

Afraid of that. Not sure how it got here. Using supposed latest updates of PCCillin. I will try the removal and post back if problems. Thanks very much for the help.

That was it. Had to remove it in a manual fashion as the A/V would not detect it. Thanks!

Came in through AIM....
