Printing every other page???

I want to print out an ebook in .pdf format but want to print out every other page....odd page numbers then even, so I can have it on front and back so I don't waste more paper then I have to. Is there a way to do it without printing one page at a time?

If you use the File >>> Print you can select to print odd or even pages in the subset category of the print range category. It is a little pull down menu that states "All pages in range" as the default.

Edit: This was assuming that you were using Acrobat reader to view the .pdf file.
