download problem Win 2000
I have been stumped. I am trying to download from a freeware site ( http://www.winsite.com/bin/Info?19000000036764) but I go to the site, click on download now and almost immediately receive the "This page can not be displayed" page. I have MSIE 5.0 (128 bit encoded) and have tried everything from lowering my security to disabling DNS in Administrative tools.
It has to be in my pc. I am on cable modem and use a router for 2 other PCs in my home. Both of them run Win98 and both can download from this site, I can not from almost any winsite urls. I can not think of another possibility. Please someone help!
