Has anyone tried or purchased it?
Pro's? Cons?

not that one. I have used others with varying results. My favorite is x-setup . It is awesome.

I used a trial version of Tweak Manager. It did what it claimed. Most,if not all ,of the "tweaks" can be accomplished without it. But if it works for you, use it.

I prefer to make tweaks that I learn here on the boards or from BlackViper.com. I've never used any programs like this though, so I don't know about this one. Maybe it's good.
