Talking Best Opera browser yet! - 7.23

I tested this version out both on 98SE and XP pro and it ran flawlessly. It encounters no problems with PHP or java applets like it had in version 7.11

It seems like it's a little faster than the previous version too.

Overall, I'm impressed again.

I think I'm running 7.23 already (or maybe 7.22).

Simply put, Opera rocks.

Do you think it is faster than IE? I have tried opera before bud didn't like the load of banner ads.

Think? It is. It is quite the snappy browser. It loads images and pages much faster than IE. Try the two browsers side by side. you'll see quite a difference. Especially on dial up.

If you have your resolution set to 1024x768 or higher, it's not bad at all. Personally, I don't use much more than half the buttons on the top, and there is just enough room left over from having the banner for the forward, back, stop/reload, home, new and hotlist buttons.
