I would think that there would be one inside the Mozilla folder in the Program Files directory? Maybe give that a try.

I'm trying to do this, http://www.maximumpc.com/reprints/re...003-06-15.html
But I also wanted to have programs on it like they have the folders. Thats why I wanted to use the original icon.
But I don't know how to make it work with programs, I tried doing it the way they have the folders but instead of the program launching an IE window opens and asks if I want to open, download, or cancel. If I choose open te file will run. I'm sure theres another way to do this anyone know?

Do a Google search for "extract icons." Lots of software, some of it free, that will do what you want.
