Virus removal
Well I sat down to use my sis's computer today to find it infested with spyware and viruses (virii?) despite my best attempt to keep them away. Anyway, there's an infected dll file that Norton AV can't repair. SARC says that the virus defs. should remove it but I have the newest and they don't help. The virus isn't detected when scanning in Safe Mode so I don't really know how to get rid of it. Should I just live with it being quarantined? The file is called btekzxrs.dll and is infected with the Downloader.MSCache virus.

quarantine for now, delete soon. I think you can delete it from the quarantine screen in nav.
