What do you mean by anti-spam? Do you mean popups, ad-ware, tracking cookies, etc? For popups you can use the google toolbar, it works great. For adware and cookies you can scan your computer useing spyboy search & destroy or ad-aware.

E-mail spam, thats hard to get rid of. The only thing I've found that works is just blocking it.

What email program are you using? I would recommend Mozilla Thunderbird. You can apply custom filters that drastically cut down on SPAM.
I use Hotmail myself. Any SPAM I get goes directly to my junk mail folder. I haven't found anything that filters better than Hotmail.

I've been pretty pleased with Spam Bully http://www.spambully.com/ It's pretty easy to use and very accurate.

I still use Mailwasher... but the thing I have learned, while it may give you a good feeling to bounce back the e-mails... don't... you just get more spam... blacklist and that's it.... I get very little spam on my ISP account.
