Viewing/Contrlling other computer

Is there a program or something that will let me start programs on other computers.
Like if I'm on computer A and I want to open spybot s&d or wanted to check the device manager for problems on computer B. What program could I use if its even possible?

There are all kinds of remote programs... PC Anywhere is an example.

I like the VNC, java... so it works where ever you need it to.

Goto the site. It tells you everything there. Good faq and everything, it's well documented i think.
