I think I have a virus PLEASE HELP
I have been plagued!!...or not ....im not sure. I recently came into this problem.
I found I had some adult links in my favorites So I deleted them. I also went ahead and delete any cookies and temporary internet files. then I went ahead and rebooted ....then I went back online and noticed they were still there....and every time I open a new browser window it goes to the same site.... "http://www.alfa-search.com/home.html" I can change the homepage again but when I reboot it just doesnt go away. I have also tried restoring to an earlier time but for some reason ...windows keeps saying "restoration incomplete" no changes have been made. has anyone ever experienced this? if so how can I get rid of it?....please help im going crazy thinking someone has finally tapped into my world and invaded me and im starting to wondering if my last resort is to reinstall windows xp. PLEASE HELP!!!! |

You need to DL/Install/Run Spybot Search and Destroy (Don't forget to update it before running it> What you have is Adult Spyare or a Dialer.
