Moving PhotoShop 7.0 from old to new computer

My much older computer has got Adobe Photoshop 7.0 on it and I'd like to move it to my new computer. Problems? My older computer is Windows 98 and my new one is XP Home. Other problem? I lost the install disc. I put all the files and folders I could find that were even vaguely in connection with PhotoShop 7.0 onto a disc, and I put them onto my newer computer. Failed. The program would start, but as it started loading all the things it needed, some error came up that I can't remember, the program just won't start. Please help.

It will need to be (re)installed on your new system. You should be able to contact Adobe and get a replacement CD for registered products. There may be a small fee involved...
