TV card not working with new drivers

I just reformatted my HD. OS in win98se. I downloaded the newest drivers for the video card (see in sig), and now my TV wonder card will not work. It gives the error "The TV player falied to initialize the video. Ensure the correct video drivers are installed and close any applications which may be playing video before attempting to restart TV."

Are the new drivers for the video too new to work with my TV card?? The TV card is an ATI TV WONDER PCI NTSC.

you may need to reinstall the software for the card
I have the same card with xp, and see no reason to update the drivers

Also try downloading new drivers for the TV card at the ATI site.

the updated drivers didn't seem to do anything, i installed them, but nothing happened I'm still getting the same error. Also I've installed directX 9.0 and it still doesn't work.

Everything else in the Multimedia center works fine (Cd audio, Video editor and Video CD)
