Software editor to change some stuff
Is there a software editor to change the system vendor stuff in the bios?
Not the one by using OEMINFO.INI I really hate seeing the "to be filled by O.E.M" thing I have asus p4p800 motherboard Thanks Jason |

are you refering to the window that opens with " my computer" ?
yes there is a change you make in the regestry and you can put anything in there you want includding your own logo |

Check with your mobo manufacturer to see if they have any programs to change OEM BIOS logos. I've seen them around.
(I think I've seen third-party ones also)

There's a program called TweakXP Pro that allows you to change or delete OEM logos and OEM information.

Uh thanks but I dont mean the OEM logo,
The one I meant is the thing in the SMBIOS or DMI whatever it is.... Anyways, Ill check with asus and see |
