OE Address Book/Excel File

I have a mailing list for my band in an Excel file. Is there a way to copy all of the emails, names, and phone numbers into my OE address book without copy-pasting everything one at a time? Better yet, is there a way to send an email to all of the emails from Excel? When I click on one email it opens a new email message window. I don't want to send it one at a time.

Yes. How I did it was using the CSV (Comma Separated Values) of the OE Address book.

First, open the OE Address Book. File > Export > OTHER ADDRESS BOOK > Text File (Comma Separated Values). Follow the instructions and save it to file.

You will now have an EXCEL file. Now just copy and paste the columns from your Excel file to the Address Book CSV file. When you're done, import the CSV file back into the Address Book. When I do something like this, I just delete the entries from the actual address book before importation.
