where can I get this nifty tool?

There is an image link to go with this.. It's a tool that tells what my cpu temp is and how much of it im using and as well as how much ram im using.. and system temp. Can anyone look at this and tell me where I can get somethign like this? I have no idea what you call it.

it might be this. It wont look like that but only because they are using a different skin. You have to search for that certain skin. You can find some skins at wincustomize.com

I use StatBar and it works great! I definately recommend it.
