Dual Boot XP & 98SE

I have both on different hard drives and I went searching to see how this will work so I looked at old posts. I think I did everything correctly but Ive had no luck on it. In my boot.ini file on XP it only shows XP. I installed XP after 98 and the drive with XP is the master drive. Does anyone know what i could have done wrong?

98 shod be on the c: drive which is master xp on the d drive which is slave instal 98 first then xp

So 98 should be C:\ and XP should be the master drive?

first format both hard drives then instal windows 98 on the the primery master drive which shod be activ and labled c:
when thats finished boot with the xp cd and chose setup windows and select the D: drive as the instal location when its finished and reboots for the last time you shod get a boot menue with the option to load windows 98 or xp every time you boot
