Question about Norton Internet security

i have just installed win XP pro and put all my stuff on it including norton internet security 2003.
i have 2 accounts on XP one is an administrator the other limited.
when i access the internet thru the limited account am constantly bombarded with alert tracker telling me that some software is preparing to access the internet or blocking a port of some kind
i have tried disabling alert tracker but it seems to disable it in both accounts, which i dont want and i would like to know why it is getting so much grief from somewhere?
the alert tracker in the admin account has no probs.
why is the limited account having this info and any ideas how i stop it(without removing NIS and throwing it in the bin)?
i have tried running adaware ,spybot and norton anti virus just in case i picked something up.
thanks
jp

Isnt there alittle box that you can check when this pops up that say "Always use this setting" or something like that. So when that program tries to access the internet again it wont pop up again.
