Your probably one of a very few who hate google. For most of us we like it because it is not loaded up with all kind of junk we don't want. It's fast. usually finds exactly what U want and you don't get entangled with yahoo, aol, or any of the other internet traps that some of us avoid like the plague...

Perhaps! well, truth be told (and I might get some heat for this) the fact of the matter is that I've only used it once or twice. Perhaps I should try it for a week, and then pass judgment.

You can just type it in to Google like this:

"1.5 miles in kilometers"

It's actually pretty cool. Good luck trying to convert BTU to cubic feet, though, because they are entirely different things.

You've only used it once or twice??? Google is part of everyday English now as in "to google something out"

Anyway, other than the search engine check out: http://www.google.ca/help/
for other things that can be googled.

doctor, the things is that I have a gas flow meter in my lab. and the readings of the flow are in cubic feet per hour and/or minutes, but my test are base on units of BTUs
so thats why I ask for a convertion program! It is dificult, because the only actual convertion on can do is from, cubic feet to watts.

You can try the Windows XP Power Toy calculator. It converts many units of measure..
