The Great American Novel
Hey all,
I'm thinking of writing the great American novel (aren't we all?). I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions; do you think MS Word would be suited to the task? I'd love all the suggestions I can get. Oh and I'm running XP MCE (Pro) but I doubt that changes anything. -Devin/Scalifash |

Yes, Word can do long documents.
Even very long documents like novels. You can check out several writer-oriented websites for more details about the fine art of getting published (and other tips). Here's one such site, there are many (a quick MSN or Google search will net you plenty of links) http://www.absolutewrite.com/novels/novels.htm "Call me Ishmael . . ." (H.Melville) . . . Gary |

Word is great for that. It has many options and setting related to writing books.
