Animation
I have a picture of a flag that I would like to make wave like the American flag. Does anyone know how I can do this?

I got the flag to look like a waving flag but it does not wave with motion like my avatar.

are you using the plug-in? you need to export it as an animated gif. i do not have the pc on right now to look at the settings but i remember that there is something like save as animated gif, rather than a regular gif.

I've tried everything I could find...I don't have an option to export it as an animated gif.

use macromedia flash to animate the flag. the software itself sells for about $100 but you can get older version for cheaper. don't know if you want to invest that much into the flag though.
