Question Memory doctor seems to freeze

I am having some BSOD issue with a 2kpro upgrade on this unit.

I think it may be memory related as taking all memory settings to their slowest in bios at least lets me function for a hour before it crashes normaly (default settings crash at boot 50%)so I have tryed a few things.

I got a copy of windiag from MS and let it loop for a few hours all reports were clean.

I dl'ed Docmem and it always hangs. I have let it run for a hour with no luck, also the floopy light turns on and dosent turn off.

It always stops at the same spot MAT+ 69%, about 2 seconds into what seems like its actualy testing.

should I try a differnt program? I don't have access to a differnt stick of ram to try FYI this is 1 stick 512mg

Are there other good programs?

Do you have more than one stick of RAM?

Try taking out one, testing it, taking out that one, then put the next one in and test it, etc.
